Even more importantly, when a part eventually wears out, you should be able to replace that individual component instead of throwing away the entire product. With regular use, however, signs of wear are inevitable. Take an office chair, for example: if you spend 8 or more hours sitting in it every day, the fabric, leather, or mechanical components will naturally wear out over time. The same principle applies to any product: equipment that is used daily will wear out faster than something used only occasionally.
That’s why UVI provides free replacement of individual parts under warranty for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. But even after the warranty expires, your product doesn’t have to be replaced.
At UVI, we keep spare parts in stock for more than 5 years, ranging from seats and backrests to the smallest plastic components. This allows us to extend the lifespan of both our current products and older models that are no longer part of our regular lineup.
In addition to original UVI spare parts, we also offer universal replacement parts that are compatible with more than just our own chairs. Our selection includes chair bases, gas lifts, and other components suitable for older office chairs that have remained in use for decades.
If you prefer not to replace the parts yourself, we’re happy to help. We can perform the replacement at our service center or even at your location, where the chair is being used.
