I love that UVI provides parts, cause it is way better to fix things than just buy a new chair. I was struggling to remove the star, but I put a small amount of oil on the back of the chair and then it just slips off from the hydraulic system. If someone doesn’t know how to fix themself, I will suggest a UVI tutorial on how to do it ♥ But globally, the product is really high quality.
