Delivery of the spare part was very fast. Unfortunately, the replacement is quite complicated and difficult. It takes a lot of force to get an old cylinder out of the 5-star base. It is almost impossible without unnecessary injuries. Next time, I would recommend more instructions or even instructions on how to most easily fix or replace the matter.

Very fast shipping and delivery. Top quality product but very difficult to replace (old gas lift stuck in 5 star base). It was not possible to change it without using additional tools compared to the manual which only requires a hammer and wd40.

Instructions for replacement were extremely useful, just apply lots of WD40 and leave it to sink in between the old lift and the chair base and only then with few expert hits with a hammer will the old gas lift be removable. Chair works like new after installation.
