Additionally, UVI is different from other companies, due to the fact that we are a family. We treat UVI products as our children and anyone who opens his heart and welcomes them to their home becomes part of our UVI Family!
Each person is unique and we are well aware of this fact. This is why we decided to create different models that will fit as many people as possible. To see which model would fit you best we suggest choosing a chair based on your height and weight. We added suggested measurements on each product so you will know if the chair will be a good fit.
To get an even better understanding we also suggest that you check out measurements of our chairs and compare them to your current chair or visit a nearby store and test UVI Chairs out.
In order to accommodate as many people as possible, we designed different kinds of models with very specific traits.
We have “Models S“, which are designed for sitting 2-3 hours a day and are smaller in size and not fully adjustable. The armrests are padded and cannot be adjusted. These models are mostly made for kids.
“Model M” chairs are more advanced as they feature a fully adjustable backrest that rotates up to 180 degrees together with 2D adjustable armrests for additional comfort. They also use a so-called “butterfly mechanism” that allows the chair to tilt up to 35°. The main difference between “M models” is in the material in which the chair is covered. We also have “Model L” and “Model XL“, which contain a multifunctional mechanism with 3D or 4D adjustable armrests and a wider and larger backrest. They are recommended for taller & bigger users, as the chairs are larger than the previously mentioned models. The UVI Elegant model, as well as the UVI Alpha, offers a built-in adjustable lumbar support, which you can adjust with the button on the right side of the chair.
Different UVI Chairs can withstand a different amount of weight. The “S models” are best suitable for people up to 85 kilograms and have a maximum load of 150 kilograms. The “M models” are best suitable for people up to 90 kilograms and can withstand a maximum load of up to 180 kilograms. “L Models” are best suitable for people up to 105 kilograms while we suggest “XL Models” for anyone up to 150 kilograms.
The maximum load up of both L and XL models is 180 kilograms. We also recommend that you distribute the weight evenly across the chair by sitting in the very middle of the seat where stability is greatest.
Specifications of recommended weight and maximum load are different. Maximum load is meant as static load, think of it like placing a rock on the chair in the middle of the seat. In reality such use case is not realistic. Users move and adjust, sit down quickly with a force, sit on edges of the seat, rock back and forth… This puts additional strain on the chair, especially mechanism and gaslift, and this is why recommended maximum weight of a person using the chair is lower than maximum load.
The best way to know if UVI Gear products are the right fit for you is to test it out in person, so we suggest visiting us or any other retail store near you, that is selling UVI Gear.
Another option is to look at specifications and measurements and compare them to your current peripherals to get a better idea.
The biggest difference between UVI Gear and other peripherals are definitely our keyboards. UVI Gear keyboards are made with OPTICAL+MECHANICAL switches, which are faster and better than your normal gaming switches.
We also looked at other gaming peripheral providers and noticed, that not many offer non-US layouts, so we decided to make a keyboard, that better fits the European gaming population. We decided to take it a step further and localize our keyboards with a Slovenian/Croatian layout. As our reach is expanding out of this reagion we will update our line up with wider array of layouts.
To bring the experience to the next level we also developed software, that helps you customize your UVI Gear. The software is currently available in English, Slovenian & Croatian but we plan on localizing it for more markets.
We are working hard on increasing the number of locations around Europe where you will be able to try out UVI Gear. Once we find additional places we will make sure to post news and announcements on our Facebook and Instagram profiles so be sure to follow us on our Social Media!

The cleaning of the chair depends on the type of cover it has. If your chair is covered by strong mesh we suggest using a textile cleaner or Deep Cleaning Vacuums. The same goes for microfiber cover.
But if your UVI Chair is covered by PU Leather we suggest using a microfiber cloth with a bit of water for any small dirty sports. For more serious stains such as ink, as well as to increase the longevity of your PU Leather, we suggest using UVI Cleaner once to twice a month. You can find a detailed explanation on how to keep your UVI Chair in pristine condition in our blog post.
All UVI Chairs have rubber casters that are suitable for all hard floors (laminate, parquet, wooden planks, wood tiles, screed, cork, granite, and ceramic tiles) as well as soft floor coverings (mats, carpets, various leathers) and should not leave any scratches. But if you have an extremely sensitive floor, are easily annoyed by any sound, or just want to be 110% sure we recommend using our UVI Floormat for additional protection.
Each UVI product comes with a quick step-by-step assembly guide. Alternatively, you can find a more detailed Assembly Guide on our Assembly Guide Page. For UVI Chairs and UVI Desk Frames and Tables, we also prepared detailed Assembly Video Guides.
The Assembly Step-By-Step normal and video guides should give you a very good and thorough step-by-step walkthrough, as well as some important safety information to keep in mind while using UVI products. We advise you to go over the assembly guide at least once before starting, that way the assembly will be much easier and faster. An average assembly of chair and frame takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Sadly, we do not ship pre-assembled UVI Chairs nor UVI Desks. However, we made a very detailed step-by-step assembly guide for all our products.
Not at all. All UVI Gear products are “Plug and Play” ready – meaning you can just plug it in your computer and the product is ready to be used. However, if you want to use UVI Gear to its fullest extent, we do suggest downloading additional software.

UVI Gear software can be found at our UVI Gear Download Center. There you can also find manuals in 3 different languages as well as downloadable software, that is currently available in English, Slovenian and Croatian.
With months of use even with special care, your gear will get dirty and will require some cleaning, so we prepared a few tips for you on how to keep your UVI Gear in top shape. In most cases, you will need a microfiber cloth, isopropyl alcohol, and some Q-Tips. And remember: before cleaning any device, do not forget to unplug it from your computer.
UVI Gear keyboard
The first and easiest step is just turning the keyboard around and shaking it a bit, to remove the biggest parts like breadcrumbs.
You can perform regular maintenance with a can of compressed air or with a handheld or regular vacuum cleaner, just make sure you don’t press on keycaps too much. For wiping the cleaner, we recommend using a mildly damp microfiber, that doesn’t leave fibers behind to wipe all surfaces of the keyboard and then wipe it with another dry cloth.
UVI gear Pride models are mechanical keyboards with removable keycaps, that allow easy, deep clean. Using the supplied keycap remover, remove all keycaps and place them into a bowl of warm (not HOT) water, with the addition of a non-aggressive cleaning element (like dish soap). Leave them to soak for a few hours. In the meantime wipe the board with a damp microfiber cloth and use Q-tips with some alcohol to clean between the keycaps. After a few hours of soaking, rinse, and wipe every keycap and attach them back to the board. Tip, take a picture of the layout or get on ready on your screen before removing the keys.
UVI Gear Mouse
First, remember to unplug your mouse. Wipe the whole mouse with a clean cloth in order to remove the majority of dirt and use a toothpick to clean the crevices between different parts and beneath buttons. Special care should be aimed at the feet on the bottom of your mouse – make sure you do not scratch pads with your toothpick. Dip your cloth and Q-tip in isopropyl alcohol and wipe the whole mouse, including feet. Make sure you always use the clean part of cloth or Q-tip. Apply special care to your mouse sensor – gently brush it with a Q-tip or with a corner of the microfiber cloth.
UVI Gear Headphones
Again you will need a microfiber cloth, Q-tips, and some cleaning alcohol. Wipe the entire surface area with a damp cloth and dry it with another. Then dip the cloth and clean rubber pads. Then use the Q-tip to clean the crevices of the ear pads.
UVI Gear Mousepads
Fill a bowl of warm water with an addition of a non-aggressive cleaning element (like dish soap) and put the mousepad in. Lightly rub down the mousepad. You may apply more pressure if there are some stains, that are more persistent. Rinse the mousepad and dry it out. Alternatively you can also wash it in the washing machine at the lowest temperature and lowest spin speed.

We ship our orders with DHL Express shipping options. Transit time for most EU countries is 2-4 days whereas packages to other parts of the world might take up to 5-10 days. When your package is shipped out, we will provide you with the tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order according to the DHL price list.
At the moment UVI.gg website offers shipping to all countries within the EU as well as the majority of other bigger countries outside of it. All UVI purchases through the UVI.gg website can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU in all EU member states.
