Return or service (RMA) of a UVI product
Product return
If the product is not faulty and opened, (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason) you can return the product within 14 days (Contract withdrawal). The cost of shipping in case of contract withdrawal will fall on you (shipper). It is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment. You send the product and filled contract withdrawal form (download here) to the address: UVI, LEGIT d.o.o., Brnčičeva ulica 13, 1231 Ljubljana Črnuče, Slovenia EU.
Service (RMA), repair, or replacement
If the product is defective or damaged upon receiving, please contact us via our RMA form below or send an email directly to [email protected] and we will assist you. We reserve the right to a partial refund in cases where the product is not in an unused condition, is damaged, or missing parts that are not the result of our error.
