Seznam najbolj pomembnih razlogov lahko najde\u0161 v tem \u010dlanku.<br \/>\n<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Navdu\u0161enje nad dvi\u017enimi mizami se je pri\u010delo pred nekaj leti, ko so se na internetu za\u010deli pojavljati \u010dlanki, YouTube videi in predavanja TED Talk z naslovi \u00bbSedenje je novo kajenje\u00ab in \u201cSedenje je tihi morilec\u201d. Zaradi na\u0161ega \u017eivljenjskega stila sedimo med jutranjim prevozom do dela, za mizo v slu\u017ebi, na sestankih, na kosilu, na poti domov in nato \u0161e doma pred TV-jem ali ra\u010dunalnikom. Na \u017ealost se ta rutina ponavlja iz dneva v dan. Saj razume\u0161, kaj ti \u017eelimo povedati!<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Raziskovalci so dolgotrajno sedenje povezali z razli\u010dnimi zdravstvenimi te\u017eavami. Ti vklju\u010dujejo debelost, povi\u0161an krvi tlak, povi\u0161an sladkor in holesterol v krvi skupaj z pove\u010dano ma\u0161\u010dobo, ki se nabira okoli pasu. Vsekakor pa obstajajo re\u0161itve, ki ti bodo pomagale ohraniti ali celo izbolj\u0161ati tvoje zdravje in po\u010dutje.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Klini\u010dno je dokazano, da stoje\u010di polo\u017eaj pri delu pripomore k izbolj\u0161anju zdravja, zni\u017euje mo\u017enost pojava bolezni in pove\u010duje telesno aktivnost. \u010cas, ki ga pre\u017eivi\u0161 stoje, <a href=\"http:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0055542\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">je dokazano bolj u\u010dinkovit<\/a> pri zmanj\u0161evanju tveganj, povezanih s sedenjem kot ura vadbe. Z menjavo polo\u017eaja (sede\u010dega in stoje\u010dega) \u010dez dan lahko drasti\u010dno zmanj\u0161a\u0161 bole\u010dine v hrbtu in kri\u017eu.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Preden nadaljujemo, mora\u0161 razumeti, da obstaja razlika med dvi\u017eno in stoje\u010do mizo. Tako kot prese\u017eno sedenje za \u010dloveka ni zdravo, enako velja tudi za prekomerno stanje. Raziskava je pokazala, da se z menjavo polo\u017eaja sede in stoje, porabi ve\u010d kot 170 dodatnih kalorij. Za ugotavljanje u\u010dinka dvi\u017enih miz je bilo opravljeno ve\u010d \u0161tudij za zaposlene z dolgotrajno bole\u010dino v hrbtu. Po nekaj tedenski uporabi dvi\u017enih miz so sodelujo\u010di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26735316\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poro\u010dali o zmanj\u0161anju bole\u010din v hrbtu<\/a>.
